Farm information: Huehuetenango (pronounced way-way-ten-an-go) is of our fave regions in Guatemala for super tasty clean coffees. This blended lot from a handful of producers in the region is brilliant for a classic balanced espresso, sweet with notes of chocolate, almond, apple with an apple like acidity. The Sustainable Coffee Association of Guatemala (ASDECAFE) has come together to produce and promote premium coffees from Huehuetenango and El Quiche regions. The partners of this organisation are groups of producers who are focused on protecting the environment, equal distribution of the generated profits, business transparency and the goal to promote long-term relationships with clients and suppliers. ASDECAFE currently has Fair Trade and Organic certifications.
