This coffee, grown near the village of Werka in Ethiopia’s West Arsi Zone, is processed naturally at Gara Kone washing station (2,020 masl).

The coffee was processed at Gara Kone washing station, one of 26 owned and managed by Testi Coffee, a family-owned company founded by Mr Faysel A. Yonis.

The station, part of Testi Coffee’s Premium Cherry Selection, focuses on top-tier quality by paying premiums for ripe cherries. Local farmers grow coffee organically on small plots, benefiting from the region’s high elevation and cool temperatures that produce sweet, complex coffees.

The West Arsi Zone is gaining recognition for its exceptional specialty coffee.
