Five years ago at El Carmen estate, Ataco El Salvador. Shortly after this journey, exploring and meeting coffee producers through central and South America we started our quest to promote and encourage the consumption of high quality coffee in our home town Perth; after experiencing what effect this can have to the next generation of the farmers, their employees, the local community and various other people within our supply chain. #tbt
