Coffee & Consumables

Our coffee is freshly roasted to order, ensuring optimal flavour and quality. Because of this, we cannot resell or reuse returned beans, and are unable to accept returns or exchanges on coffee or consumable products.

We recommend double-checking your grind size and quantity before placing your coffee order to ensure you get exactly what you need.


Non-perishable items

For non-consumables, like brewing gear, accessories or merch, we happily accept returns or exchanges if:


  • Items are unused and in their original condition
  • Returned within 14 days
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand things change! While we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on consumables, for non-perishables we’re happy to discuss exchanges or store credit. Return postage is at your expense.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, you can choose:


  • Refund to your original payment method

  • Exchange for a replacement item

  • Store credit for future purchases

Some sale items may be final and not eligible for return or exchange. We’ll always be upfront about this.


Australian Consumer Law

Your rights are important. Nothing in this policy limits your entitlements under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty or doesn’t meet consumer guarantees, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. More info
