Orders placed during public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
We can’t wait for you to enjoy your coffee! We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak sale periods or public holidays, please allow an additional few days for dispatch.
Once your order is packed and dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location:
Perth Local Delivery (Metro WA)

Regional WA Delivery
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days*
Rural & Remote WA Delivery
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days*
Australia-Wide Delivery (Outside WA)

Pick up is available within business hours:
Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm.
Orders are typically ready for collection about 24 hours after you place them. We'll send you a 'ready for collection' email when your order is packed.
Please do not attempt to collect your order prior to receiving this email, as the stock may not yet be available.
More ways to collect your order
If you’ll be out, consider having your parcel delivered to a secure Australia Post Parcel Locker. Lockers are free, provide 24/7 access using a secure code via the AusPost app, and are perfect for small to medium parcels. Available at 300+ locations Australia-wide—simply download the app to set it up.
For larger packages or if you prefer, you can select a Parcel Collect location via the AusPost app too. It’s free, available at 3,600+ locations, and once your package is ready, just bring your ID to collect during business hours.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. We also recommend downloading the AusPost app to track and manage your delivery easily from your phone.
Authority to Leave
All parcels require a signature on delivery unless you’ve granted Authority to Leave (ATL) via the AusPost app. If ATL is provided, the parcel may be left in a safe place at your address.
Please note: Micrology and Australia Post are not responsible for parcels that go missing after delivery if ATL has been granted.
Lost or Damaged Orders
We’re here to help if something goes wrong. However once orders leave our warehouse, it’s in the hands of Australia Post. While we can’t accept liability for lost or stolen parcels, our team is happy to assist with providing tracking information and supporting claims lodged for lost parcels.

Delivery Areas
We currently ship Australia-wide, including metro and rural areas. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Wholesale Delivery Schedule
To make the ordering process as seamless as possible, please find our weekly wholesale delivery schedule below:
Delivery Days
- Tuesday: Inner City & CBD
- Wednesday: South of the River (Fremantle, Canning Vale, etc.)
- Thursday: North of the River (Scarborough, Joondalup, etc.)
Order Cut-Off:
Orders must be placed by 9am the day before your scheduled delivery to ensure timely delivery.
