Colombia Altos de Maria
Sourced from the high-altitude hills of Santa Maria in Colombia’s Huila region, this community lot brings together the harvests of 21 dedicated smallholder farmers. Grown between 1,600 and 2,000 metres above sea level, the coffee features a blend of Caturra, Colombia, Castillo and Typica varieties. A fully washed process, combined with an extended 18–28 day fermentation creating a vibrant cup with remarkable depth & clarity. The result is a beautifully balanced coffee that highlights the quality of Huila’s producers. Exported through Caravela, a leader in specialty coffee for over 25 years, demonstrating commitment to sustainability and delicate craftsmanship.
