An exceptional coffee combining cultivation and innovation. Founded in the late ’90s by Jose Uribe Lasso, the farm came alive under his sons Adrian and Nestor in 2018, who carry on the family legacy with energy, care, and a taste for experimentation.

Each cherry is hand-selected and classified before 24 hours of gentle oxidation and 60 hours of anaerobic fermentation, allowing every bean to develop its nuanced character. A rapid quenching in hot and cold water locks in delicate aromas and flavours, preserving the coffee’s vibrant profile.

Pristine Precision Drying ensures optimal humidity while LAB (Lactic Acid Bacteria) fermentation adds a creamy, cultured texture. The result is a multi-dimensional cup with bright, playful notes of lemon sherbet and spearmint, floral hints of orange blossom, and a subtle honeyed sweetness.
