Meet Ayla – your new feel-good coffee ritual. Grown high in the lush hills of Sidama, Ethiopia, this lot comes from a small family-run washing station that works with 700+ local farmers. Coffee here is grown organically under native shade trees, hand-picked at peak ripeness, and processed using traditional Ethiopian methods. After sorting, the cherries are washed with fresh river water and dried on raised African beds, carefully turned and layered to ensure even drying and a clean, balanced cup.
The result? A bright, juicy cup with notes of mandarin, raspberry cordial, and sunshine. Floral, fruit-forward, and silky-smooth, Ayla makes mornings better and afternoons a little more special.
