Limited Edition Holiday Blend - Filter

Crafted by our roasting team as a special seasonal filter release, this year's Holiday Blend - Filter brings together two exceptional coffees created to be shared with loved ones.

The first component, Colombia Las Moras, hails from Pitalito in Huila, grown at 1,700–1,900m and celebrated for its rich heritage and meticulous washed processing. Carefully harvested, oxidised, de-pulped, and mechanically dried, it delivers a clean, complex profile that reflects its High Cup Score pedigree.

Balancing it is a natural-processed lot from the Ayla Bombe washing station in
Ethiopia’s Sidama region. Sourced from smallholder farmers at 1,950–2,150m,
this coffee forms part of Testi Coffee’s Premium Cherry Selection program,
ensuring only the ripest fruit and the highest quality make the cut.

Together, these origins create a vibrant, sweet, and layered blend that captures the warmth of the festive season a coffee made for slow mornings, shared stories, and the small rituals that bring people together.
