At its heart is Colombia Excelso Las Moras, sourced from the highlands of Pitalito in Huila, where elevations of 1,900m and meticulous washed processing create a cup that is clean, structured, and wonderfully complex. Its bright sweetness and refined acidity lay the foundation for an espresso that feels both lively and comforting perfect for holiday mornings and shared moments.

Complementing it is a beautiful lot from Nicaragua La Sorpresa, an origin whose coffees have quietly become some of Central America’s most captivating. Nicaraguan coffee thrives in volcanic soils, high elevations, and lush microclimates, often producing a natural sweetness and silky texture that make it especially suited to espresso. La Sorpresa showcases these strengths with notes that are rounded, creamy, and gently fruit-toned, adding depth and an inviting richness to the blend.
