The current blend is made up of three very unique and highly regarded coffees in their own right. It’s the cup of coffee you never want to finish, with a melted milk chocolate mouth-feel and a sweet toffee aftertaste. Think, eating a Caramello Koala that you forgot you had in your pocket.

The blend is a class flavour profile that dances nicely with the big old buckets of milk we chugg down here in Western Australia whilst using some of the world's highest quality specialty microlots.

1 x Blue Note Blend
So if this blend was a artist of genre of music, we immediately think of artists like Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Herbie Hancock, Ray Charles and B.B King. Classic and memorable, because they were a little bit different to other artists of their eras but their songs never age.
