Brazil Sítio Canaã - Espresso
Sítio Canaã, meaning “The Promised Land,” is owned by Kleumon Silva Moreira, a young and meticulous coffee producer mentored by the renowned Antônio Rigno. Located near Piatã, known for its floral and complex coffees, Kleumon started his farm in 2016 with a mix of coffee varieties and has steadily increased quality and yield, producing vibrant microlots.
The high altitudes, cool temperatures (2–18°C), and nutrient-rich soils of Piatã slow cherry maturation, leading to sweet, transparent, and bright cup profiles. Coffees from Piatã have gained international recognition, often dominating Brazil's Cup of Excellence awards. This microlot was carefully picked, pulped by hand, and dried with mucilage intact in controlled conditions to preserve its unique character.
