Apricot Cacao Nib Juicy Raw Sugar White Nectarine

El Mural is a unique coffee from Chalatenango, El Salvador, a region celebrated for its artisans, vibrant murals, and rich biodiversity. This coffee is sourced from 25 dedicated farmers in Citalá and La Palma, both part of the Montecristo Trifinio biosphere reserve. Grown at 1,500–1,800 MASL, El Mural features medium acidity with notes of caramel, red fruit, orange, and vanilla.

Our supplier has worked with these producers since 2012, opening a buying station and cupping lab in La Palma in 2015 to strengthen relationships and enhance quality. The farmers, many from multi-generational coffee-growing families, use traditional washed processing methods, including precise fermentation and sun-drying for 12–18 days on patios and raised beds.

With nutrient-rich soils and ideal agro-climatic conditions, these producers cultivate exceptional coffee alongside avocados, cacao, and citrus. El Mural represents their passion, dedication, and commitment to quality, making it a truly special coffee experience.
