Bekele Yitute, an Ethiopian coffee farmer, carries forward his family legacy on Dambi Farm in the Guji region.
His organic-by-default practices include using natural fertilisers and intercropping legumes alongside food and cash crops. Bekele cultivates a mix of local landrace varieties and resilient, high-quality JARC selections.
After selectively handpicking ripe cherries, Bekele and his family carefully sun-dry them on raised beds for up to 18 days, delivering coffees with vibrant flavours and exceptional clarity.
From Honduras, Ernelio Ortiz brings us coffee from Finca El Pedrero in Montecillos. His 12-hectare farm, home to 56,000 Catuai and IHCAFE 90 coffee trees, reflects his commitment to sustainable farming. By planting avocado trees and embracing environmentally friendly practices, Ernelio improves both production quality and his family’s livelihood
Together, their coffees merge Ethiopia's bright, fruit-forward characteristics with Honduras' balanced sweetness and smooth body, creating a harmonious and memorable cup.
