In the picturesque hills of San Pedro El Alto, Vidal Lopez Pérez manages Las Primaveras farm alongside his wife, Luciana Cruz Perez. Though a coffee grower for six years, Vidal embraced specialty coffee production just three years ago with the guidance of Caravela Coffee. Since then, his determination and technical expertise have elevated the quality of his coffee and his ambitions.

Processing 100% Typica variety beans with a meticulous 36-hour fermentation and 6-day drying process on palm mats, Vidal crafts a coffee that reflects care and precision. His dream is to be celebrated as one of the best coffee growers, supporting his family and community through his craft.

Balancing farming with work as a day laborer, Vidal faces the challenge of continuous improvement head-on. Looking to the future, he plans to expand his coffee plantation and build on his already remarkable journey in coffee production.
