Colombia San Fermín AAA - Filter
San Fermín coffee hails from Planadas, Tolima, a region celebrated for its bold, citrus-accented coffees with notes of orange, berry, caramel and floral.
Named after Jesuit priest Fermín Larrazabal and inspired by Spain’s San Fermín festivities, the coffee reflects the audacity, courage, and joy of its farmers.
Despite enduring years of conflict, these resilient producers thrived, improving their farms and adopting sustainable practices like planting native shade trees and using water filtration systems.
Grown at elevations of 1,400–2,100 MASL, with varieties such as Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra, the coffee undergoes careful handpicking, fermentation, and sun-drying to ensure top-tier quality.
Our coffee supplier has a partnership with local farmers since 2007, San Fermín producers have enhanced their livelihoods while continuing to produce exceptional coffee that embodies the unity and determination of their community.
